Draft and negotiate agreements, including licensing, record, personal management, and band partnership. Counsel clients on protection of their intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and patent. Prosecute infringement of intellectual property rights. Send cease and desist letters to individuals who violate clients’ intellectual property rights, right of publicity, and right of privacy. Send demonstration recordings to record labels to secure record deals for clients. Act as mediator between client band members and between client and third parties to address disputes.
